Epic Drama is a new channel from Viasat World, focused on the best drama from around the globe. The brief was to conceive and create a set of launch idents that would encapsulate and reflect the channel's content. I got tasked to direct the ident for period drama, encapsulating the suggestive world of romance in an elevated style. From sweeping landscapes and elaborate interiors to ornate details, I wanted to conjure the nostalgia and fantasy associated with this historic genre.
